Our websites and digital solutions are hosted using trusted third-party infrastructure. While we make every effort to ensure continuous uptime and service availability, we are not liable for any disruptions due to server downtime or third-party service outages. In such cases, we are prepared to transition your website to an alternative hosting provider to restore service quickly.
Clients may choose to purchase the full source code of their website for independent hosting and management. Ownership transfers and responsibilities will be outlined at the time of contract delivery.

Clients who have purchased source code are granted ownership of their specific project assets upon delivery, subject to the terms agreed upon during the sale.
