Here at Ontario Digital Solutions our mission is to ensure an effortless and intuitive user experience (UX) for both our clients and their users. To achieve this, we make significant investments in premium software tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-standard platforms—so you don’t have to.
Our infrastructure is supported by trusted third-party hosting services, and we are fully committed to adhering to all regulations and compliance standards associated with those providers. In the unlikely event of server downtime, we are prepared to seamlessly transition to an alternative hosting solution.
Additionally, should clients prefer greater autonomy, they will have the option to purchase the full source code of their website (if they haven’t already) for independent hosting and management.
Website Maintenance & Control Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to purchase, Ontario Digital Solutions retains full control over the maintenance, updates, and future edits of all websites we design and sell. This approach allows us to keep our annual renewal fees and web design prices affordable for all clients.
By default, websites will remain under our management unless a contract is signed outlining a transfer of control or shared access threw another platform.
Maintenance Service Rate: As of 2025, the maintenance and update service fee is $25/hour. Clients who purchase their websites at this rate will be grandfathered into the same rate in 2026, even if our prices increase, as part of our commitment to providing accessible and affordable web services but may eventually be raised reflecting inflation.
Renewal Info: If a client fails to pay their annual renewal fee, the associated website will be taken offline and terminated until payment is received.

The privacy of your users—is one of our highest priorities. We are committed to safeguarding all information shared with us and will never disclose any client or user data without explicit consent, except when legally required to comply with law enforcement requests.
Third-Party Service Disclaimer: Ontario Digital Solutions uses trusted third-party providers for web hosting and other essential services. While we strive to ensure reliable and uninterrupted service, we are not liable for any disruptions, downtime, loss of business, data loss, or other issues caused by outages or failures of these third-party providers.
In the event of a service interruption, we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or find an alternative solution. However, until the third-party provider restores full service or an alternative is implemented, Ontario Digital Solutions cannot be held responsible for any impact this may have on your website or business operations.
